Bookish Prediction Tag

Hello, reader!

I know what you’re thinking. Two bookish tags in one week?! How have we been blessed so?

Or… ya know… something along those lines ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Well, I was once again tagged by the lovely Danni @ _ForBooksSake and I couldn’t say no! Also, if you haven’t checked out Danni’s wonderful blog, please do. She posts great bookish content and is definitely worth a follow!

Rules:

Next Read

In an attempt to keep up with my Netgalley titles, I’ll probably be picking this one up next. It comes out on June 2nd and I want to get a jump on it. Also, it’s billed as Les Misรฉrablesย meetsย Six of Crows and I am definitely here for that!

Next 5 Star Read

Does it count as a prediction if I’m currently reading the book? We’re going to say it does. I decided to check out Scribd and discovered the audiobook for The Poet X was available. I’ve been wanting to read this for ages and I had heard the audiobook was incredible. And, yup, it’s fucking amazing. I’m loving so far and I’m almost done and I don’t want it to be over ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Next 1 Star Read

I don’t typically pick up a book that I think I’m going to hate. The point of casual reading is to get some form of enjoyment out of it after all! So I’ve got nothing for this one.

Next Love Interest (or Character that Seems Really Cool to You)

From following the author on Twitter and listening to people who have read this already, I’m thinking that I’m really going to like the main character in Where Dreams Descend. Kallia sounds fierce and flamboyant, which I suppose you would need to be when you’re competing to be the headliner for a magical circus. I’m excited to read her story!

Next Book Youโ€™ll Be Buying

I mean… I technically already bought this, but it’s not out yet, so I’m counting it! I can’t wait for my book to get here. I am so hyped for this sapphic beauty! Also, that beautiful cover will soon be gracing my shelves and I can’t wait ๐Ÿ˜

Next Book That Will Leave You with a Book Hangover (and Desperately Wanting a Reread or Next in Series)

The Merciful Crow came out of left field and punched me in the face last year. And I loved it! So I’m ready for The Faithless Hawk, it’s sequel, to just wreck my entire life. It’s an immersive world and I know I’ll be lost for days after finishing it. But my body is ready!

Did you get a kick out of this post? Do you have your own bookish predictions? Then consider yourself tagged! I would love to see your answers ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

And, as always, happy reading!
