BBNYA Spotlight: Voice of War by Zack Argyle

Hello, reader!

The BBNYA spotlight tour continues and, this time, I’m featuring a book I’ve already read! Don’t worry, I won’t be one of the panelists judging this one as that would hardly be fair, but I’m so excited to see it in the competition. That book is none other than the first book in the Threadlight series, Voice of War by Zack Argyle! But, for those of you who may have missed my previous posts, let me first give you more information about this spotlight tour and BBNYA.

This year, the Book Bloggersโ€™ Novel of the Year Award (BBNYA) is celebrating the 65 books that made it into Round Two with a mini spotlight blitz tour for each title. BBNYA is a yearly competition where book bloggers from all over the world read and score books written by indie authors, ending with 10 finalists and one overall winner.

If you want some more information about BBNYA, check out the BBNYA Websiteย https://www.bbnya.com/ย or take a peek over on Twitterย @BBNYA_Official. BBNYA is brought to you in association with theย @Foliosocietyย (if you love beautiful books, you NEED to check out their website!) and the book blogger support groupย @The_WriteReads.

Favorite Quote

“But this was different. This was a child embracing a wolf, expecting it to protect him from the night. Hope standing on a tightrope while the winds surge all around. The people needed hope, and so they grasped hold of the anomaly, and eased their fear with lies.
But what is truth if not a lie that has yet to be revealed?”

Blog Tour: Voice of War by Zack Argyle

Hello, reader!

Today, I’ll be bringing you another Storytellers on Tour blog tour post! This tour is featuring an adult fantasy that has a little bit of everything: intrigue, action, and the ever eternal struggle of good vs. evil. But I’m getting ahead of myself! First, I want to thank Storytellers on Tour and the author for sending me a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. As always, it’s such a privilege that I can’t appreciate enough!

Of course, my blog is but one of many stops on this tour. Here is a banner with all the wonderful bloggers and bookstagammers that will be participating:

Synopsis

“While preparing for the birth of his first child, Chrys Valerian is tasked with uncovering the group responsible for a series of missing threadweaversโ€”those able to see and manipulate threadlight. With each failure, the dark voice in his head that began during the war grows louder, begging to be released.

Laurel lives in Zedalum, a secret city in the center of the Fairenwild. During her most recent messenger run, Laurel veered off course to explore the streets of Alchea. She never expected that her journey would end in chains.

When Chrys learns who is responsible for the missing threadweavers, they come for him and his family. He must do everything in his power to protect those he loves, even if it means trusting a strange girl or the dark voice in his mind”
