It has been a hell of week, not gonna lie 😅 In both good and bad ways. But we’ll get into that in this edition of The Sunday Post! Let’s just jump right into it.
Week in Review
I suppose I’ll start off with the bad news to get it out of the way. My best friend’s mom passed away on Friday and, even though we knew it was coming, it was a blow. She has been in my life since my best friend and I met and she has always treated me like another daughter. She was a wonderful, spirited person and I’m going to miss her a lot. My best friend is, as one would expect, going through it 💔
In some lighter news, I sing in a local community choir and we had our Spring concert last night! I always have fun with our concerts but this one was special because I got to sing a duet with my husband 🥰 We had a blast! Now we have a break until we start rehearsals for our Winter concert. Well… my husband has a break. I joined the chorale board so I’ll be seeing all the board members once a month over the summer, haha. That’s just how much I’m loving this choir group!
With all of that, this past week was a busy one! This week is probably going to be just as busy because of work stuff and my eldest is coming home from college for the summer. It’ll be nice having her home!
